Probably a wrong section, sorry i dont spend very much time on forums.

So i recently bought an LED for night filming, and the two prongs were broken when i opened the package. Instead of returning it like i should've, i've been using the car charger portion of the charger. I've looked around at some adapters to plug the car charger portion into my wall, but i don't know anything about volts and wattage, and i'm afraid i'll buy the wrong one.

Right now it seems like the safest bet would be something like

http://www.amazon.com/Max-Burton-6993-200W-Converter/dp...

Of course there are much cheaper options, but it seems like alot of things that require a decent amount of power won't work properly with them. Also when i called polariod customer service they told me the charger was model specific and there's no way to get another charger separately, so it looks like this is my only choice besides buying another 150$ LED.

My question is will this charger (i tried to show the voltage and information on the charger in the picture) work with a cheaper alternative, or this expensive alternative in the link provided. It also seems like the more expensive one might put out too much power ha.

Thanks in advance -

Hi
8.4 x 0.55 = 4.62 Watts
4.2 x 0.55 = 2.31 Watts
Total wattage = 6.93 Watts
So any adaptor that you can find that will handle 10 Watts will be fine.
