Like I mentioned above, from some point like one-two weeks ago every single file icon I download started to show up with lock icon beside its original icon. I've checked security settings and permissions are ok, plus I never messed with the permission nor I've been a member of a domain/network.
I have to mention that it only happens on my C: partition. If I download files on another partition or drive it shows normally without lock icon. Also when I move that file somewhere else off C: partition it gets normal icon without the lock.
