My budget is 700 euos Max...
What about this?
CPU: AMD FX-8320 8-Core 3.5 GHz
Motherboard: Asrock 970 Extreme4 AM3+
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 1866MHz 8GB (2x4GB)
GPU: Sapphire R7 260x OC 2 GB
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5″ 7200rpm 16MB SATA3
XFX ProSeries 550W
CASE Cooler Master ELITE K380
Samsung SH-224BB 24x DVD/CD SATA

Would go for a 6300 over the 8320 and with the money saved, put it towards a r9 270x.

^+1 yeah, if you can manage to get R9 270 or R9 270X instead by dropping down to FX 6300, it is well worth it.

You now have €250 to spend on the GPU, like a GTX 760. Or you can drop the CM Hyper 212 Evo if you don't want to OC and have close to enough for an R9 280X I believe.
