Will my cpu bottleneck the gpu's? i'm afraid it will. I'm looking at the FX 8350 I know the performance differences are marginal but I just can't pass up the octo core

Yes it will. The performance is not marginal, the 8350 will be a huge upgrade. If you are overclocking though, get the 8320, it is the same chip as the 8350 but with a lower factory clock that doesn't matter when you overclock it.
