Richland APUs will likely go down around $5 I would guess. As for the FX series CPUs. No price change since Kaveri APUs have less processing power.
Only the release of Intel's Broadwell CPUs may have an affect. If Intel goes back to double digits (%) performance gains with Skylake in 2015, then that should have an affect on AMD's FX prices.

the FX series is already dirt cheap and often has crazy sales so I don't see that lowering much at all, since it's a different line
but repeating what these guys have already said, the older APUs might drop a few bucks in price
