What is my Overclocking potential?

Full Computer
CPU : FX-6300
GPU : ASUS R9 270X OC
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
PSU : EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze
RAM : 8GB (2x4) Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Case: Corsair 200R (only included because I didn't add any additional cooling)

I would really like to know what my overclocking potential (best stable clock) is with the CPU and GPU. Would I have to upgrade my PSU? Add a couple fans? Hyper 212 evo? MoBo upgrade?

Would be extremely useful to get some advice from people who have experience in the overclocking field.

No one can say for sure because it really depends on the individual component. Some 6300's OC well and others don't. Then how the combination of components work together, ambient temps in the room and case, dust, loose heatsinks etc.

The best you could do is look for the average OC other have managed.
