2 SSD as System Disk Sometimes Freeze

I have 2 SSD merged together in RAID 0

#1 -- SSD 840 PRO 2.5-inch SATA 128GB
#2 -- Corsair Force GS 128GB CSSD-F128GBGS-BK

Now when i download files using IDM soon as a download get transfered the Disk
stop to read and Write windows is not crashing it just stop all the download and everything loads from my system disk is not responding after 1 - 2 mins its coming back

I get no error or message nothing it just freeze and coming back again
when i transfer from another disk to my System disk it doesnt happen

what can be the reason?

It is the most likely reason i can think about without going through multiple defragmentation cycles, re-formatting both drives to clean state, AND upgrading to the most current firmware for each drive. Basically try the three steps i listed, and if they still do not work properly, then you may have a problem with raid, or even maybe just one drive is not working properly. It will be a trial and error fix

I have another set of raid 0 with two diff 500gb 5400rpm (2.5)
1 is WD and another is Hitchi it doesn't happen
The WD has 16 mb cache the other one has 8mb cache
It's Clearly not alike

You think this is the reason?

I took off the raid and now they are in AHCI mode
Now when I unplugged the blank one that got nothing to do with windows I get error there is no windows

Why when I setup windows it attach both of the ssds????

Can't format both of them 1 is the windows so it ok but the other is empty how do I cancel that windows won't use both of the ssd and each will be on his own

They still plugged in where I did Raid SATA PM and SATA PS

I'm using motherboard G1 sniper 3
