Have 16GB 1600MHz RAM but is showing up as 1333MHz?

Hi I just bought two 8GB sticks of 1600MHz ram for my new rig but accoding to Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and ASRock A-Tuning software, it is showing up as 1333MHz RAM. Is there a way this can be fixed or did i get the wrong RAM? Thanks!

RAM I bought: ADATA XPG V1.0 series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

No. Any RAM that we put into our motherboards are going to run at 1333MHz at 1.5V, that is the JEDEC standard. Enabling XMP profile at BIOS will run it at 1600MHz.

you should be able to set the values for your RAM manually. It sounds like it is currently set to auto.
