I turned the computer this afternoon and I saw my Advanced System Care 7 was gone. My Dameon Tools Lite was gone and I could not open AVG. After about 10 hours of working I can now access the internet. I have a 6 core processor and currently all 6 are at 100%. When I go to process manager I find "jhpri.exe" at the top of the list hogging 97%. Has anyone run into this file or have any suggestions. I do not have a system restore point for some reason. I know when I installed I set restore point.

Solution

If it's a PRE-BUILT system there should be a hidden partition with a backup Image.

1) Get any info you can that's critical, then

2) Initiate the Factory Restore to restore the backup of Windows (usually started with an F-Key on bootup)

If I reformat and have no disk or system restore...I am not going to have windows 7 anymore?
