I have an ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 motherboard with 2x Sapphire HD 7970 GPU's installed in the 2x PCIE 2.0 slots. I couldn't find any BIOS settings to allow multiple GPU's, but Windows 7 is not seeing the second GPU in the device manager. Suggestions?

They are not configured for crossfire. This build is for alt coin mining. I believe there is somthing in the BIOS which is supose to enable multiple GPU configuration, but im not able to locate anything.
