What power supply and how much wats you need to ran a radeon hd 7970 3gb gddr5 visiontek???, is 500 wats enough???

Also could someone please explain to me what the meaning of pci !

According to the specs the minimum is 500W so yes it will work but I would go for one with a little more power to give you more room. PCI-E is the slot on the motherboard that you plug your card into. A lot of power supplies will also label their power cables that are for these graphics cards as PCI or PCI-E on the side.
