So here's my little problem i'm building a PC, my first computer build in fact, and i just can not find the right GPU. I've pretty much looked everywhere for one, but finding the right GPU isn't the problem it is that i'm on a budget of 900 and i'm getting pretty damn close. as you see here.

OK first off, here is a little cash shaved of from the build which allows for a 250$ card. Also has much better RAM for like 4$ more :

Do you live near a MicroCenter by any chance? They have CPU+Motherboard combos that are quite a bit cheaper than what you can find online. And why not go with a Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler? I would look around for deals and discounts, maybe back off a bit on the motherboard, and go with a GTX 760. But at your current price point, I would recommend an R9 270(non-X).
