i am considering on changing my old 9800GT graphic card to a GTX 650 Ti BOOST i want to play atleast assasins creed blackflag in almost maxed out graphics. Im still new in the hardware community so, i dont really know if my pc would be able to support the GTX650 TI Boost can anyone help me? how do i know if my PC is compatible with the VGA card. And my current specs are FX-8320 16GB RAM Corsair Motherboard Asus m5a78l-m usb3 Graphic Card 9800GT. Thank you in advance for your help.

The GTX 650 Ti Boost will not run Black Flag very well at max settings. Your PC should be compatible with any graphics card on the market right now unless there isn't enough room in your case, and I need to know your power supply specifications. What is your budget for a graphics card?

I don't want to sound like I'm just agreeing with you for the hell of it, but I really think no other video card fits the bill better than a GTX650 Ti Boost. Of course, you are going to get gaming enthusiasts that disagree with me and recommend a better card around 200. For the average gamer, it's a great card.

It will play AC:BF at high, not so much at ultra high. It's also compatible with your build.

Pay an extra £40 and you can get the R9 270 as it has better performance then the 650 Ti Boost.

Here is small chart to show the difference is spec:

Yeah, you need a new power supply. I would recommend atleast a 500w so then you have some room to add more things just make sure it has the 6pin PCI-E connection as @allocco91 said above.

It's pretty weird. The weakest PSU I could find supporting PCI-E is 650 watts.
