No. They are not. The motherboard you chose does not support the FX9370.
And that board is really bad quality.

Why not just gor for an 8350FX. Its pretty much the same CPU with slightly slower clock rate.
The chassis you chose is extremely priced and not worth it. Get something cheaper.

What power supply and graphics card have you chosen?

Yes boss everything match with each other!!!
For ur info
Importantly u gota check socket type of CPU and MOBO both should match each other
RAM frequency should have to be supported by ur MOBO
In ur case evything matched with each other!!!

Guys i dont know which one of you to trust and Novuake i have a gtx 660 and 750watt corsair power supply. and can you explain why it doesn't work together because it is a am3+ socket and what is a chassis? and is the board you recommended support two way sli? i want two video cards in my pc

The MSI board does not support the FX9xxx series CPUs because it can not handle CPU with that high TDP.

Anyway, for dual graphics card systems you need motherboards with 2 PCI-e slots capable of running at x8 or x16 at the same time. This is only supported by the 990FX chipset.

USB3 headers are just an extra, you don't have to use them, there are still USB2 headers.

The board i suggested will also run the 9370FX.
Remember that you need to buy additional cooling for the 9370FX. It does NOT come with a cooler out of the box.

Cheapest you can go is that. -/+ 30$

If you just go for the 8350 you can ave yourself at least 60$. It comes with a cooler and is 30$ cheaper.
The performance difference is near nothing.
