so i recently bought and installed a gtx 650ti 2gb oc and replaced my Radeon HD 6770. i have all the updated nvidia drivers and uninstalled all the amd catalyst drivers. i used to get anywhere between 70-90 fps depending on what was happening in league of legends, now i only get 40-50. Some other games such as Battlefield 3 and WoW i expected to get more fps from the upgrade but they remained the same, i have 8gb ram, and an AMD FX-4100 cpu oc to 4.2ghz and an asrock n68-vgs3 fx motherboard, and i have the most updated BIOS version for it.

The Nvidia drivers are very different from AMD so they will vary greatly on FPS in games. If you're getting 70-90 FPS with the other one then I would just stick with the older one. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
But if you really think it's a big deal I would return it and ask for the same product and see if that one was just a dud.
