Dell UltraSharp U2414H 23.8" IPS LED Full HD Monitor HDMI/DP 1920x1080 Ultra Thin 6mm Bezel VESA
also could you connect your ps3 to a triple screen setup

Solution
Yeah totally.

Quality is quite good and because its IPS you shouldn't have issues with viewing angles when using tri - screen setup.
Thin bezels mean the obstruction would be minimal. A good choice overall, but this is just my opinion.

You should also know that gaming on 3 monitors simultaneously (a few games support it) require a lot of CPU and GPU horsepower so make sure you have capable enough hardware to go with it.

As far as connecting it all of them to a PS3 matters, I am not sure you would succeed since there aren't that many display outputs supported by the console. If I am right, it supports just 1 display. PS3 is also underpowered to play any of its games on 3 displays since all of its games are optimized for 1 TV (HD)...

You may want to watch out for the limitation of 2gb vram when gaming at 5760x1080. I'm not sure what you will exactly be doing with this but I know at that resolution, a few games can eat up 2gb and still want more
