Yeah totally.
Quality is quite good and because its IPS you shouldn't have issues with viewing angles when using tri - screen setup.
Thin bezels mean the obstruction would be minimal. A good choice overall, but this is just my opinion.
You should also know that gaming on 3 monitors simultaneously (a few games support it) require a lot of CPU and GPU horsepower so make sure you have capable enough hardware to go with it.
As far as connecting it all of them to a PS3 matters, I am not sure you would succeed since there aren't that many display outputs supported by the console. If I am right, it supports just 1 display. PS3 is also underpowered to play any of its games on 3 displays since all of its games are optimized for 1 TV (HD)...
