I've been wondering if my rig could be able to have a gtx 780ti running

My computer
GPU Gtx 770
CPU intel core i7
Ram 16gbs

you already have a 770, so you should be able to run 780 just fine.
also, if you are thinking of upgrading from 770 to that, i don't think it's worth it. of course that is just me, you will feel the difference more if you skip at least a generation. so getting 1 tier up esp from the same generation is not worth it for me. again, just my 2 cents
