I installed a me PSU and my pc turns on then off and then ideals with a black screen with the fans running.

I would like help In any way into finding out the problem. It's a brand new corsair PSU. I'm running a gtx680 16 ram 3770k i7. I had a problem with the original PSU and decided to swap it out. Now I'm stuck and don't know what to do.

I would double check all your connections to your motherboard. Make sure that no pins are bent like on the CPU power connection and the main motherboard 24 pin connection. Other than that I am not to sure. I hope your motherboard is not dying.
