So I am building my first pc. I'm currently breadboarding it(cpu+videocard+ram). The only results im getting are my fans turning on and off. I tried everything at http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems and nothing seems to be fixing my problems.
I've been working restlessly for 2 days now and would be the happiest man in the world if someone could help me.
