For your current configuration Corsait TX 650 is a fine quality PSU. But you might need to upgrade at least to a 750 watt quality PSU for 'SLI' needs.

The Seasonic S12 II while a great unit is not compatible with the low power states of Haswell. I would get the 550w Seasonic G series for that system personally. It moves you up to a much newer 80 Plus Gold design and is modular. It's usually about $75 and for that price you can't beat the quality.

Edit: Oh wait if you are going to go with 2 x GTX 760s you will need a good 700w unit minimum. Since there are literally no good 700w units on the market that means a 750w unit.

I believe Seasonic just released a 750w G series. It's about $120.

This is the best deal on pcpartpicker right now assuming you are in the US. The XFX Pro 750w model is made by Seasonic like all XFX units and is based on the X series. The X series is a step up from the G series and this unit is only $85 after rebate.

The 750w Seasonic X and the other models based on it are usually close to $150.

Hi - since you will be going SLI in the future, then there's a really good deal now on an XFX750 gold/modular:

For your current setup TX 650 is fine. but For SLI setup you need at least a quality 750 watt PSU.
You can go for any of theses options:
1) Seasonic X-series 750 watt 80+Gold PSU (Fully Modular)
2) Corsair HX 750 watt PSU (non- modular)
3) Cooler Master Vanguard 700 watt 80+Gold PSU (fully modular)
4) XFX 750 watt

My personal choice - Seasonic X series 750 watt.
