What is the best CPU cooling setup.

So after scouring the internet for hours yesterday I'm just curious as to what everyone on here thinks is the best for cooling your CPU. I have a I7-3930k and Rampage IV X79 mobo, my case is debatable due to me upgrading rather soon but currently its a HAF-X. I'm a gamer and nothing else of the sorts, I enjoy gaming + I do tend to mess around in Blender, so there's that, but all I do 99% of the time is game and I'm upgrading to water cooling, so what is the best possible cooling I can get for under £120? I was thinking H100i.

I'm a little technically ignorant so excuse my stupidity if you bring up a topic I'm unsure off!

Edit*: I forgot to add! I'm buying a 780 soon should I get a hydro-copper?

Is the H100i the best? Or is it personal preference as to what you call the best from there on up?

to upgrade from H100i you'll have to get a water loop and you'd be looking at 200-250$ which is 100-150$ more than H100i

You guys will probably hate me while reading this but my current cooler is Noctua NH-D14 and I just hate it, it looks so ugly in my case I dislike it so much so I've been looking for a cooling solution that bests it but I'm having real issues.

Take a look at this fella : http://www.amazon.co.uk/Swiftech-H220-Casing-Power-Supply/dp/B00BMMMRKG/ref=sr_1_sc_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1389260274&sr=8-2-spell&keywords=switech+h320

It looks great and I see you were actually searching for the 3 fanned version haha, but I'm finding it hard to justify adding an extra £40 for something that's reported failure + -2 temps compared to the H100i, it might just be my ignorance holding me back here so I will look into this one more while people give me more answers!

getting the h220 or h320 will be a waste of money, you don't have a superclocked system or the most expensive hardware, getting h100i is more than enough to cool down your setup and future setups

Alright I'll settle on a h100i unless someone gives me a better option, man I would really like one of those setups with the transparent tubes everywhere with fluorescent green liquid flowing through them making my comp look like something from the future. :p
