Firstly, hello everyone. I'm new to Tom's hardware, although I've been reading for a while. Now, like the title suggests, I would like to know which components I should upgrade to. I am looking for good performance in the ArmA series, mostly, and am upgrading for that purpose specifically. My current build consists of an HIS HD 7850, FX 8350, 16 GB RAM and a 2TB HDD. I am unsure what to upgrade, whic hwill benefit me in the ArmA games (Which are very CPU intensive, and use primarily one core, this renders the 8350 pretty weak) I have the choice of upgrading my mobo and CPU to the I7 4770(3.4GHz, most likely), however I have been told that an upgrade to the R9 280x will impact Performance on ArmA III more so than an I7 4770. Alternatively, I can purchase an SSD, which I have been told by another source will impact my performance even more than the two. Cheers for the help,

Well my GTX770 Can't run ArmA III on the highest qualitiy, might be FPS Issues, not sure. Oh and the 770 has a slight lower minimum FPS and a higher average FPS when compared to the 280x

On a side note, I'm looking more at what will impact performance on multiplayer servers that include many AI units. The ArmA engine (Real Virtuality) Utilises one core for the game world and another for AI, but I am unsure if an i7 4770 would impact this greatly enough to be worth getting a CPU upgrade for.
