Hi,
I just bought a new graphics card:
http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX660DC22GD5/
...until now all other card I was connecting via VGA but now there is more different ports...
Now on what port (DP, HDMI, DVI) should I use to connect graphics card to LCD so I get best performance, or is it irrelevant?

The best options are DVI, HDMI you will get better quality from them.
Don't use VGA.

Hope answers your question!

For that card all the ports are digital so it doesn't really matter, just depends on what your LCD supports. The DP [port] will be most useful once you buy a monitor that supports G-Sync or Free Sync but they are not readily available at the moment.

Does your monitor have HDMI or DVI? If not you will want to upgrade that as well. If you game with FPS, a new monitor with low input lag will make a huge difference as well.

Either HDMI or DVI will work perfectly fine on your monitor then
