CRT Flickering with new PC

So recently bought a new tower with the following parts.

INTEL CORE I7-4770 3.40GHZ LGA1150 - BOX
ASUS Z87-K RETAIL
CORSAIR CML8GX3M2A1600C9B VENGEANCE 8GB
ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E R
SAMSUNG MZ-7PD128BW 840 PRO SERIES SSD 1
COOLERMASTER RC-912-KKN2 HAF 912 COMBAT
CORSAIR TX SERIES MODULAR TX650M - 80 PL
SAMSUNG DVD-RW SH-224DB/BEBE SATA BLACK

At first all looked good..everyting worke fine and no probs detected..
Just a minor mistake of mine..the MB wasnt good enough for 5.1 speakers wich i allready have.

No biggy...just ordered a CREATIVE SOUND BLASTER 5.1 VX RETAIL and a 200mm Coolermaster LED fan just to spicy it up a little.

The monitor btw is a Phillips Brilliance 109p4

And the nightmare begins...
Randomly and frecuently flickering appers...nothing has changed "location" wised..basically just changed the towers.and also no flickering before i added the Sound card + the 200mm fan..

My thoughs..Cable management of the HAF wich is very close to monitor+ the extra power from Fan + Sound card causing this? Moving the monitor like 1-2 feet away doesnt stop it.
Disabled the fan alone..still does it..
Could the sound card it self causing this? The speakers are Creative megaworks 550..I wouldnt expect em not to be isolated enough..

Any thoughts appreciated..

Make sure all the drivers are updated and all previous/legacy drivers are fully uninstalled-try running Driver Fusion in Safe mode to clear out any bits left over (pun intended), but be careful to ensure it'll only delete unwanted stuff.
Run the system with the sound card removed, if it resolves the problem you've found the culprit, if not the precise source.
Most likely it's RF interference or noise getting transmitted through the motherboard, though.
Try moving the cards further apart and ensuring the blanking plates in the chassis rear panel are all in place, check the VGA cable is fully home at both ends and there is no damage to it that could admit stray energy.

Tried several things "driver" related..i dont think that the issue..

Will try for today running without the Sound card + speakers and see how it goes.

One more thing in mind...After degaussing the monitor it seems to be running good for 20-30 minutes most times.
Is it safe to assume its a RFI issue? Its just weird cause never had issues before..and unless the tower itself creating some sort of RFI..i dont know what could..

Don't think it's likely to be driver related either, but checking the software side is the easy enough.
I'm no electrical engineer so am not really familiar with RF issues and my knowledge on CRT monitors is now very rusty but I can recall them as being more vulnerable to interference than flat panels so keeping any sources of possible emission as far away as is practical is a good idea.
I seem to recall it being helpful to block off any unused inputs as well; cover it with tape for insulation then put some metal foil over the tape to help block out any stray radiation-at least I think...Like I said, it's been a while since I used a CRT.
Anyone out there have any more up-to-date experience with RF issues?

Im afraid the Sound card didnt sort things..

After a while again flickering..and now also noticed sometimes the screen..moving as a whole "picture" to the left side of the panel...That got me really worried :/

Will also test the monitor itself to another tower..on the same spot allthough atm i doubt there is RFI issue..either the monitor suddenly started to "die" or smth wrong with GPU or motherboard..

Will try to remove the fan i installed last as well..

Again any toughs welcome.

So results after few hours...CRT on another tower works good..LCD on my tower works good..

Tried 3 DVI I to VGA adapter already to rule that out...And using same DVI I to VGA for the LCD im trying now.

Makes no sense no more to me...If it was a MB / GPU malfunction..wouldn't the LCD be affected somehow as well?

I have lots of time for warranty for the components..but id like to know and get over it now if one of them are faulty :/

UPDATE : Using my old GPU atm (8800GTS) works fine with both CRT + LCD...

this thing will drive me crazy..So what could be the issue..770 works with LCD but not with CRT...8800 works good with both..IF it was M/B wouldnt my 8800 have issues as well? or IF it was PSU issue wouldnt the 770 have problems with the LCD?

Share the knowledge anyone pls..im desperate here

PS. The colors are so much better with my old CRT :/
