Hello,

The reason for getting these upgrades is 'cause I can't install my newly bought Noctua NH-D14 heatsink on my current motherboard, because of the cutout on in the case doesn't match the socket on the motherboard.

I mainly use the PC for entertainment and some newer games.

This is what I had in mind for some upgrades. The budget is around 300$ / 200£.
PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2fUkU

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor (£60.11 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard (£36.66 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£65.76 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £162.53

I haven't really decided on the motherboard yet, so it might change.
The reason for the low profile ram is because of the heatsink. The ram's can't be higher than 44mm.

My current setup
MSI G31TM-P35 motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600 @2.40 GHz
Stock heatsink
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
4 GB Ram
Samsung 120GB SSD
1 TB HDD
Corsair RM650 PSU
Fractal Design Define Mini (mATX motherboard formfactor)

Be free to come with suggestions, if there's something better I can get.

Thanks!
