My rig is:
-AMD Phenom II 965BE x4 @ 3.91GHz(OC)
-EVGA GTX670 SC 2GB @ 1.2GHz GPU and 3705MHz memory clock(who NEEDS turbo mode?).
-8GB(2GBx4) Patriot G Series 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 RAM(supposedly)
-MSI 880GM-E43 Mobo(cheap but effective).
-Raidmax RX-850AE PSU
-NZXT Phantom White w/ Blue LEDs Case(AKA Stormtrooper).
-------------------------------------------------
I was curious one day and decided to get CPU-Z and make sure everything was running up to snuff. I sadly noticed that my ram was only clocked at 460MHz(920MHz effective). So i went into bios after a restart and got it to 1600MHz, saved, reboot, and viola! 800MHz(1600MHz effective).

Afterwards, i decided to make use of this Mobo's overclocking for the CPU and decided to turn up the juice a bit. After finding a stable clock speed, i CANNOT set my RAM clock speed to anything other than 460MHz(920MHz effective).

After a few attemps on trying to get it to clock at anything higher than 920MHz, (even trying the awesome site of 1866MHz), i gave up and sit here puzzled.

It worked on stock CPU clocks(3.4GHz), but nothing works when the CPU has some extra power....

Is there a fix?

((edited to pretty some things up, added stuff, corrected stupid stuff))
