Currently Running:

Z77 asrock
Intel I73770
16gbram
Nvidia 780 GTX TI
Win 8 64-bit.

Ive got some cash atm and want to make some upgrades to my computer and get it running abit faster. I have not overclocked anything and have been curious to wether i should start soon or not. Just looking for some good advice to wether i should maybe upgrading my motherboard and cpu to a 4thgen or if i should consider overclocking. I have a case atm with plenty of room so cooling isnt an issue atm. I play alot of graphic needing games and want to be able to get my gtx working at its full capacity....well as much as i can. My Build is purely for gaming so if anyone has any essential reccomendations on something else that would be good to have just let me know.

Thanks

With those specs you don't need to touch your cpu or gpu. But then again you could be playing at 4k resolution so I wouldn't know. Anyway if you really feel like spending some money the only thing that could use an upgrade is your motherboard. For 1080p gaming everything you listed should be okay at this point in time.

Just forked out a load for the 780ti. SLI im not really considering cause this 780ti seems to be doing the job atm. Just curious to wether i should try overclock the 3770(not k) or if i should go for a 4thgen Motherboard and cpu. If i did that is it going to make that much of a huge difference or not. I just feel that running such a powerfull gfx card on my system atm im not getting what i should be getting out of it. I also forgot to menchen im running the Gigabyte OC version.

thanks
