dumping physical memory

My Acer laptop suddenly stops working then restarts again and during this happens a blue screen appears showing dumping physical memory and I have noticed that it happens frequently whenever I open utorrent for downloading movies. how to solve this problem

There are programs online that will allow you to view the information provided in the memory dump file to help point you at what the root cause is such as whocrashed. Just a thought though that if it seems to happen most often when using utorrent you may want to consider not using it anymore or choosing another bittorrent client.
