Hey guys, I was in a skype call with my mate.
This guy randomly got into my call and DDoSed us both. It feels like i'm capped (if they can do that..) My internet is sooo slow ever since the attack which was 5 hours ago. I switched my internet off for2 hours and nothing has changed.

Just to get the obvious out the way, you aren't actually over your cap are you :D?

Sounds like you have a static ip, either try wait it out longer (try again next morning or something) or call your isp. Ask them to assign you another ip address and report to them what happened also.
