Run games full screen on extended display

I'm running extended displays on my system. Everything initially opens up on my main screen (my monitor), which I like. When it comes to full screen videos and the Dolphin emulator, I just hit Win+Shift+Left and it switches to my TV screen.

BUT I have no idea how to get games like Fallout New Vegas and NBA 2K14 to open up on my TV screen. I realize I can open them in windowed mode and drag them over, but my OCD just won't let me be happy with that.

Is there an easy way to open games in full screen on the 2nd display while keeping my display settings on extended display?

Thanks

I run 4 monitors and have had this issue. It has to do with Direct X, which always runs on your primary screen. The simplest solution is when you want to play a game make the extended monitor primary. You can do it in the AMD control panel easily, or if you want to go a step further setup a profile in the AMD control panel that you can switch to easily that sets the tv as primary.
