PSU: Aerocool VP550 550W True Power

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_i... 30$ more, but you need a reliable and quality psu for your system and corsair is a reputable brand. It's 500W but i'd take that 500W psu over the 550W psu you chose :)  rest looks okay for 600$ AUD i guess

Yeah looks pretty good but the recommended PSU for the 7790 was 550, will it be affected much by a 500 PSU?

not at all, 7790 use about 90-95W under load, and leaves 400W for the rest of the system, that is plently, and quality almost always wins over watt

Cool, thanks for the answers :)  so everything else is fine and will fit in the case? I really don't want to make any noob mistakes on my first time build lol

Sorry, just one last thing, that corsair PSU puts me just a bit too much over my current budget, if I were to get the Aerocool Strike-X 500w, would that be still compatible and better than the original Aerocool PSU I suggested?
