Random rebooting in games

Hi everyone.
I have a problem - pc randomly rebooting after 2-4 hours pf playing games (Skyrim currently, heavily moded (approx. 10-15GB Data folder)). Rig is brand-new, self-constructed (first one) at 30-31 of December.

Specs:
Asus Z87- plus mobo. Checked and re-plugged all wires.
CPU - i5-4670K - almost no OC, 4.2Ghz all cores (will try to lower to standard 3.8 turbo and test), 50-55C at max load, 30-40 while playing. CPU Fan - Cooler Master 212 Evo pro.
No GPU currently - CPU integrated Intel HD4600. Will buy GTX770 in 1-2 weeks.
Corsair CX600M - I suppose it's culprit, but it's bran-new and completely overpowered for current 100-150W system. Currently used only 1 module cable, sata-6pin.
Corsair Vengeance LP Ram.
Two old hdds (2-5 years). First one 1TB (system and all, newer) and second 320GB (older, just some unused files, and old system). Second targeted culprit, both hdds are somewhat old, but chkdsk said no errors. Will buy ssd with GPU.

All parts (except hdds) brand-new, from local store and with warranty, so could be replaced, I suppose.

Sorry for the stupid question. It's just easier to as the question and get both idle and load. Habit.

Well those temps are fine for a CPU. It's possible that you just have a bad PSU. If you do RMA it, do it before the 30 days run out.

Have you checked the Windows logs?

There's nothing in logs, just message at time when system started "The previous system shutdown at 5:19:11 PM on ‎1/‎9/‎2014 was unexpected." and "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
So I assumed that's PSU fault, but it's from a good brand, absolutely new and have abundant power supply. Well, unless it's just bad one.

Oh and system load usually in between 20-50% (while playing etc.) or 0-15 while idle-browsing (in ~0.8Ghz+ mode). And never saw it higher than 40-50% except cpu-stability test.

Little update.
Tested CPU with standard turbo-3.8Ghz clock, max temps lower than 55C, no reboot for 9 hours.
So it's bad OC settings or specific driver\hardware combination issue with Skyrim (will test Far Cry 3\Tera MMO later) or something related to integrated GPU. Will test it further in games, and let you know.
