Hello everyone. I just tried turning on a laptop today but there is nothing being displayed on the screen. The power led turns off when the laptop is turned on for a second or two and then it turns back on permanently. The fan is spinning normally so i'm forced to assume it's a cpu or mobo problem, but i could be wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I was hoping it was just a bad battery. I have had it happen before that a bad battery caused such a problem. :/
