gtx 770 overkill for computer for graphic design?

Solution
Yes the 650 would be perfect with what you NEED bro. :) And a little gaming on the side. ;) The 4670k would be a beast on workstations, hands down. Be sure to get a z mobo to maximize your OC.

For GFX and Video editing you will want a better CPU. But if you have the money and want to spend it on a nice GPU, then a GTX 770 is a great choice. However if you are only using it for Graphic design, it is a little overkill. A 650/650ti/660/760 would be more than sufficient.

Here is what i have for the processor. Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor and I picked out the EVGA 01G-P4-2650-KR GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP based on your recommended video cards. That should be good?
