What kind of mobo for 8 cores?

They are both virtually identical - will handle the hardware requirements you are asking for - and fit into the case.

You should consider an SSD for your setup - an extra $100 - but WELL WORTH IT!

I am not a big fan of RAIDMAX for PSUs - I usually stay with ANTEC, CORSAIR or SILVERSTONE.
That creates a lot of questions.....
First - what is the exact CPU you have.
Second - what GPUs will you be using
Third - how many drives (Hard drive, SSD, etc) will you be using
Fourth - how many monitors?
Fifth - how much RAM - and is the speed of the RAM important?
Sixth - what type of case is this going into?
Seventh - what PSU do you currently have - and will it be compatible with mobo, GPU and other devices?

CPU- AMD 3.5 FX-8320 (bought)
GPU- Gigabyte Radeon R7 260 2gb (bought)
HD- most likely 1tb HDD
Monitor- for now one, in the future possibly two
RAM- 8gb, speed ranges from 2133 to 1333 depending on the prices...
Case- Corsair Graphite 230T ATX mid tower
PSU- Raidmax 530w semi-modular ATX (bought)
