Additional Comments: The cheaper the better, but needs to be able to run most games on the highest settings while possibly recording them without any lag, very minor lag on top of the line games is acceptable, do your best and please help good luck also if you could show the prices of each product and what websites you would buy them for that price that would be greatly appreciated. also could you make it look as nice as possible without skyrocketting the price, the price is the main thing here just if someone can be a miracle worker and do all those other things it would be greatly appreciated.

Right at $800, get's you a quad-core AMD at 3.8 GHz, and a pretty good graphics card. You won't be maxing everything out, but with a decent overclock should be at High/Ultra on everything, but may have to tone down some AA and AF if recording.
