1TB Barracuda HDD (the wires are underneath it), GTX 770 superclocked (not overclocked), i5 4670k, stock case fans (I have checked these by turning them off)nothing else that spins

Can you provide the exact model of the HDD? The early versions of the 1TB platter Barracudas had a click when going from its low power mode to full power. Its not a bad thing but they did issue firmware updates to address this.

The one downside to a firmware update is it can erase data on the HDD.

It's not a single click its rapid every now and then, and its a new version btw

Does your power supply unit have a temperature regulated fan?

Is it a loud clicking or does it seem to happen when the HDD is active? Some HDDs do make noise when under use, Seagates normally don't though. I have 2 of the 2TB 1TB platter HDDs and they make a slight clicking when being used but I doubt it is that.

As said, it could be the PSU fan.

One thing to check, when you installed the CPU fan did you take the cable and bunch it up off to the side or did you leave it wrapped around the cooler?

I have seen where that will get a bit loose and hit the CPU fan.
