What is the best 1150 motherboard under £90?

Solution
Do you think it's worth getting the Z87-G43 GAMING for an extra £12?
How much more do you think I could OC with the G45 or the GD65? Is it worth getting them?

I would definitely recommend the Z87-G43 Gaming because it has a better NIC.

The G45 or GD65 should be better for OC'ing because I believe, but I'm not positive on this, but I believe that they have more power phases which is better for OC'ing.

How much better or how much higher can they OC? I really can't say, because so much depends on the CPU and whether you win "The Silicon Lottery". I have mine OC'd to 4.6 GHz and some days I can get 4.7 GHz, which is pretty good, IMHO. It would be interesting to see what my CPU could do in a G45 or a GD65, but I cannot afford...

The best of value for money motherboards :
1) Asus Z87-K (Fine overclocker)
2) ASRock's Z87 killer (overclocker's buddy as i call it).
Both the motherboards give excellent overclocking performance. All the best!

Also how long would a 4670k last at 4.6GHz?

I think I'll probably get the G43 GAMING or the G45 and the 212 EVO.

On the lower end group of MBs, I recommend spending the MOST that you can afford because here the MB manufacturers are adding real capabilities, like more power phases and better NICs as opposed to just "bells and whistles" that you get on the high end boards.

The G45 and the 212 Evo should make a good combination.

Good luck!
