Looking for a PC worth £500 or less that can run games like: black ops 2, dayz mod & standalone, payday 2, just cause, far cry.

This is similar in specs to what I have, except I have an i5 3330 and a Radeon 7870. I don't play any of the games you listed, but stuff like Hitman: Absolution and Crysis 2 run great on my setup. I only have a 1440x900 monitor, so that does make a difference. For the price though, this has the best CPU/GPU combo of anything I saw.
