Will Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 run on my GigaByte GA-G41M Combo Mobo (rev 2.0)?

It has a PCIe x16 slot but don't know the version.

Also I'm planning on buying a new PSU for the GPU but I'm stuck between Corsair VS450 and CX430. Which one should I go for?

Solution
Yeah the hd 6670 will just run fine. The PCI-E slot is backwards compatible, so the generation doesn't matter. As long as you have a pci-e slot you're good to go :)
For the psu, i recommend looking up your choice on this list: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx . The corsair vs series is the worst psu EVER made by corsair and i think it is obvious for the price. I really really really wouldn't recommend it. It doesn't even have a 80 plus certificate.
The CX series is still not the best but it can do the job if you're on a budget. It is 80 plus bronze certificated. Just look at this: http://www.corsair.com/power-supply-units.html
I hope i helped you out :)
