I got an Asus Maximus VI Hero motherboard and 2x4 GB Corsair Vengeance Pro memory (CMY8GX3M2A1866C9R) - but I am confused about which memory slots I am intended to use for dual channel since the manual says that I should use the red slots (called A1 and B1) - where as the quick start guide says that I should use the black slots (A2 and B2).
So my question is which slots are best to use?
Does it matter whether I use the red or black slots?
