750 gig HDD only showing in Windows as 139 gig

So my Hitachi HTS 547575 is only showing me to have a maximum capacity of 139 gigs in Windows 7.

I was reviewing my HDD in the Windows Disk Manager and I found this:

So clearly the space is there, it's just whoever installed windows 7 on this machine made the primary partition at 139 gigs; you can see in the picture, how do I get all this storage back?
 
Solution
Ok, I fixed it myself, what I did:

1) Left click on the primary partition

2) Selected Increase Volume

3) selected the 130+ gigs of unallocated space and merged it into the primary partition

4) Downloaded a program called EaseUS Partition Master

5) Ran the program and repeated step 3. It allowed to me to merge the 400+ gigs into the primary partition

6) rebooted and I have all the space back.
