I bought this motherboard, CPU, ram combination on ebay. It has qty 2 4 GB 10333 DDR3 crucial ram chips in it and was thinking I could easily upgrade to 16 GB of ram total by putting in two more 4 GB 10333 chips. Invested on ebay and they didn't work. So I re-listed those and referred to the documentation to see if I missed something. It didn't even show a 4x4GB combination in the manual ...... it did state that Asus would post new combinations when validated.
Am I right in thinking that I have to wait for a validation list before upgrading RAM? I really don't want to go make another investment on ebay not knowing if it is not going to work.
