memory upgrade path on P8P67

I bought this motherboard, CPU, ram combination on ebay. It has qty 2 4 GB 10333 DDR3 crucial ram chips in it and was thinking I could easily upgrade to 16 GB of ram total by putting in two more 4 GB 10333 chips. Invested on ebay and they didn't work. So I re-listed those and referred to the documentation to see if I missed something. It didn't even show a 4x4GB combination in the manual ...... it did state that Asus would post new combinations when validated.

Am I right in thinking that I have to wait for a validation list before upgrading RAM? I really don't want to go make another investment on ebay not knowing if it is not going to work.

4x4GB should be fine, preferably a complete set (all from one package) that way all sticks are tested to work together, what sticks do you currently have, we might be able to get them to play with some voltage/timing adjustments

Go into BIOS and manually set the freq to 1333, and the base timings to 9-9-9-24, then set the DRAM voltage to 1.56 and raise the VCCIO voltage to 1.1
