Case Airflow Question

The picture is of my system. I am wondering if I should add a top exhaust fan on the right, left, or on both fan mounts. The purple boxes are where I would put the fans. Would putting a fan on the left one disrupt the airflow of the CPU cooler? I want positive pressure in the end so I can only really add one fan unless someone can convince me that negative pressure would benefit my system.
Here is the link for what fans my system has currently.

Solution
i have a very similar setup, i have fans in all spots along with a fan intake to the right of the power supply in that pic. airflow is amazing along with temps

doesn't mess with my zalman cpu cooler at all and really helps my g card

That's not exactly within my budget, but thanks for the suggestion! Maybe my next build will be water cooled.

The whole positive/negative pressure thing is pretty silly really, given how many holes cases have these days for ventilation, you aren't going to make much difference either way.
What you really need is airflow. You are right that having a fan in the forward top position may effect (negatively) the flow through the CPU cooler, but it's likely to be pretty marginal. The one at the rear is very unlikely to, so is likely to be your best bet if you just want to stick in an extra fan.

What might benefit you more than a second fan in the roof is (depending on your case) an intake over the graphics cards. Many cases have a bracket here, and when you run a couple of graphics cards it can give you a nice boost, especially if it's feeding the top (usually hotter) card.

I should have mentioned I only want to add one fan, I'll probably put one in the top left. Thanks! Also thanks to Rammy, I already selected this answer before I saw his so I can't reply directly.
