Hi I am planning to build a gaming PC budget is around 60K INR. I have decided to go with the AMD FX-8320 with 8 GB RAM but would like some input on the motherboard, Cabinet, monitor, GFX card., I was considering the R9 270X but it seems expensive for a 60k config. I plan to overclock. Thanks in advance

Get AMD FX 6300 and save some bucks. You can safely overclock it to 4.1GHz on stock cooler just by increasing multiplier (as I have done). R9 270x is a good card and would be useful for ultra high gaming for at least next 3-4 years.
You can go for Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 motherboard. Good for overclocking and it has 6+1 power phase too (Seriously I have no idea what that is, but people say it is good and better than 4+1).
You can get a cheap cabinet from Intex or a branded one as your preference once you go to a shop. Before purchasing just see to it that cabinet is big enough to accommodate your GPU.
Corsair Vengeance RAM are good (Get at least 1600 MHz or higher version if in budget). Corsair 500W PSU would be sufficient for you or you can go for 700W if planning on upgrading later. 1TB WD Caviar Blue Hard Disk, LG 24x DVD RW should be well within your budget.
For monitor I don't really have idea on good brands but be sure to get the one with at least 120Hz refresh rate.

The major problem with Indian online sites is that they don't give accurate information on the product and they forget to display the most important information - the part number. For example, there are 9 models of Geforce GTX 760 by MSI
Link
Now i want to be absolutely sure which one of these models i am buying

If u are up to it this is what i want personally

The site even shows compatibility issues in builds and estimated wattage
