So I ordered all my parts and I put it all in PCpartpicker to be sure it all worked and I got this message on the bottom of the screen.

"Compatibility Notes
Kingston Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Ivy Bridge CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

I did not order all of my parts at the same time so maybe I missed that warning as a result. But what I am asking is if I should send the ram back for a different type or will it be fine?

this is a link to my parts list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2ywpR

Thank you all for the help.

1.5 volts +- 5% is the JEDEC standard for DDR3 SDRAM and should be observed when memory stability is desired. However, DRAM voltages above this are fine so long as they do not exceed the maximum for the memory controller or JEDEC standard. 1.65 volt memory is common for speeds above DDR3-1866 or where tighter timings are desired.

So do I need to underclock the RAM so it will meet the CPU recommendations or will it be fine as it?

Just choose DDR3-1600 1,5V ram instead.

Well I already have that ram. I have all my parts sitting right behind me actually. Should I send it back for a 1.5v or keep what I got?

Stick it in and set everything to <auto> in bios. Activate the xmp profile, if that works.

Will lowering the voltage on the ram manually cause any issues for my overall system?

If easy to return and exchange, I would, not the strongest sticks out there, they are fine to run as is, not going to hurt anything, 1.5 would be better, but 1.65 is just somewhat indicative of weak memory ICs (chips), Kingston and Corsair still continue to bring these 1.65 1600 sticks to the market, have no idea why (other than sales), don't make plans to OC them any higher..
