I recently purchased this graphic card and tried playing games with them.
In Dota 2, i would get 120 fps for the first minute of the game then often drops to 20-30 fps.
In Guild Wars 2, i would constantly 3-20 fps in most maps of the game.

Motherboard: ASUS M5 A88-M
CPU: AMD (fx) 8150 8 Core 3.6 GHZ
PSU: Corsair CX600M
RAM: 8.00 GB
PSU cooler: Corsair H60

Games are on Kingston 120 GB SSDNOW 300 (450MB/s read/write).

I have tried updating driver and reinstalling windows 7 (64x).

Both CPU and GPU hardly goes over 40 degrees Celsius. When the fps drops my GPU usage does spring up close to 75%

Oh and I did put the video settings in Guild Wars 2 to the lowest settings on everything, but the fps still dropped below 10

video settings in Guild Wars 2 are some of the most pointless things ever created, on my rig the game plays at pretty much the exact same FPS ranges for pretty much all settings (shadows and textures are pretty much the only settings that do anything to affect performance)

that being said, it's weird you're having such trouble with such a strong GPU, is your GPU or CPU underclocking itself while gaming?

At this point, I'm not sure whats wrong anymore..
Could it be my CPU bottlenecking my gpu? I can see on ASUS GPU Tweak that its running properly....

it might be, I mean the FX x1xx Bulldozer series was said to be a disappointment but that's only because AMD had touted it to be a massive increase to their previous Phenom 2 processors. It can't actually be a really BAD processor

that being said, monitor your CPU usage and CPU clocks/multipliers to see if it's throttling.
