Sorry to have confused you But no one was more so than me however, after the power cut I restarted the computer (bearing in mind that the installation was half way through when the power cut happened) The message that came up was "Quote " the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart the installation. "Unquote" Then after a while it say "Setup will continue after restarting your computer". The next message says. "Setup is starting services". Then it restarts and all the above "Quotes" appear again and then again and so on. Anyway I thought to myself after exhausting the website, I will see if some of these discs I have with drivers on them will do anything and if not it will definitely go in the BIN then something different was going eventually I took the disc out and windows OS in and see if it would behave as before by playing silly games on me. EUREKA it installed windows without a hitch although it seems to working slower than before, but hey at least it is working no thanks to my knowledge but stubborn head, so I say thank you for being there Morbus and I hope you understood what I was trying to explain to you.
