I just bought this case Thermaltake urban S31 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133225

My problem is that it only had two standoff screws, and my board needs a total of 9.

Currently my board is now just supported with two stand off screws placed in the upper and lower right corner of the board.

Is this really normal for this case to only have two standoff screws? based on the pictures from newegg it had more than two standoff screws, did i just got ripped off?

Solution
I would stop running your system as soon as possible.
First, they did rip you off or rather miss packaged them. I would contact them and request more, which they will probably send. Or buy some more.
Second, it is a very bad idea to run without all the standoffs. They are there to prevent shorts and support the board. If you are missing even one that sacrifices the strength of the board, and increases risks of electrical shorts. (Neither of those might happen, but the risk increases)

My PC has been running with no problems for 2 days now by just using two standoffs, coz i though it is fine being like this.
I hope they would send me the lacking standoffs.
I am really worried right now.
Gonna contact them today.

But if my board survived for 2 days with only two standoffs used, does it mean everything is fine?
I think the rear backplate is also giving a foundation to my board.

Just came back from the store and they gave me all the standoff screws i need, i even have 3pcs extra now.
my board's idle temp decreased from 45 to 38, thanks for the advice. I will mark your first reply as an answer, it convinced me to get more standoff screws.
