whats the best graphics card under $200

Im on a tight budget and need the best graphics card i can get for under 200 dollars. Any ideas (and how well it will perform on games such as bf4 and skyrim)

I will go ahead and show my EVGA/nVidia fanboyism.....

You can get an EVGA GTX 660 2GB for $199.00 right now very easily. If you go up to $220, you could get an EVGA GTX 760 2GB. I've seen the 760 go under the $200 mark a couple times.

One other thought...

You should list your Motherboard, Power Supply & CPU also just to make sure you get accurate replies.
